Florida Elementary School Principal Quits following Drug Arrest

According to the Orlando Sentinel, a Florida elementary school principal resigned after being arrested for multiple drug offenses, which, according to the Sentinel, include:

·         Delivering meth and GHB to an undercover police officer
·         Possession of anabolic steroids, marijuana, GHB and meth
·         Possession of drug paraphernalia

School administrators and principals are not typically the subjects of drug arrests. But like other professionals, they are capable of criminal offenses just like everyone else.

Regardless of your occupation, criminal consequences for a drug offense can be severe. Societal ramifications of your arrest – such as having to quit your job or face a damaged reputation – can also accompany drug charges.

Even though a drug arrest may affect your career and social standing, the criminal defense lawyers at the Umansky Law Firm want to minimize the impact your drug arrest has on your life. We will work relentlessly to try to achieve the best possible outcome to your criminal case.

If you have been arrested in Osceola, Orange County, Seminole or Orlando, Florida, for a drug offense, please contact the Umansky Law Firm to schedule a free and confidential consultation with our experienced criminal defense lawyers.
