Three People Arrested for Drug Offenses in Possible Meth Lab Fire

On Wednesday, a fire broke out in the back of a home that three people occupied in the Orlando area. Police and probation officers arrived at the house before the fire occurred, along with officers from the narcotics unit who had been informed that a meth lab might be present at the home.

When the deputies arrived, they heard the sound of people rushing from the front to the back of the house. Shortly after, small explosions occurred and flames were visible from the back of the home. Everyone inside was evacuated with no injuries, and the fire was quickly contained. While detectives still haven’t confirmed the presence of a meth lab in the house, the three occupants have all been arrested on drug-related charges.

Everybody makes mistakes. If you have been charged with a drug offense, it is still possible to move past your mistake and move forward with your life. Our experienced Orlando drug offense lawyers at the Umansky Law Firm know how important it is to minimize the impact a crime like this can have on your life.

If you are a first-time offender in Florida, you may be able to participate in rehabilitation programs instead of receiving the full brunt of the criminal consequences associated with your charge. However, even if you have prior offenses, our attorneys can work to defend you and reduce the penalties that come with your charge.

In drug offense cases, it is important to have an advocate on your side. Please contact the Umansky Law Firm today to schedule a free case evaluation. We will protect your rights and investigate the circumstances surrounding your arrest.
