‘Scarface’ Actor Angel Salazar Arrested for DUI


Angel Salazar – the actor who portrayed Chi Chi in ‘Scarface’ alongside Tony Montana – was recently arrested on DUI charges in Brooklyn. According to authorities, Salazar was driving a 1999 Volvo Sedan that was seen swerving recklessly just after midnight last Thursday.

When police finally approached the Volvo, the actor allegedly “reeked” of alcohol and appeared drunk. He cooperated with a Breathalyzer test, which read his BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) level as .121 – well past the .08 legal limit. Salazar was arrested and brought to a local jail, where he was booked on three different counts of DUI.

It may have been a one-time mistake, but being arrested for a DUI can lead to serious criminal consequences.
