Deion Sanders' Wife Accused of Domestic Violence
The wife of former football pro Deion Sanders has been
barred from the couple's home for 61 days, following her arrest for domestic violence
charges earlier this week, according to CNN.
Pilar Sanders was arrested after her husband sent multiple tweets stating she
had assaulted him.
Deion Sanders posted pictures on his Twitter account of him
and his sons filling out paperwork, which he said were complaints against his
wife. His messages said that his wife and his wife's friend had
"jumped" him in his bedroom, and that the two sons had witnessed it.
She was then arrested for assault family violence, which is a misdemeanor
charge.
Pilar Sanders has said she is innocent and said she has not
been given an opportunity to account for her side of the story. The couple has
been in divorce proceedings since before these domestic violence allegations.
