While in the parking lot of one of the Orlando theme parks, the client, who is an engineer, got into a verbal argument which then became a physical altercation with his wife. The client’s wife called the police, who arrested the client when they arrived and charged him with domestic violence battery.

The client had no prior criminal history. Attorney Zahra Umansky was able to have the prosecutor drop the charges, thereby avoiding any formal charges ever being filed against the client.
