DUI Reduced to Reckless Driving, Drug Charge Dropped
A professional young man visiting Orlando from out of state was investigated for weaving out of his lane, making an improper turn and stopping at a green light. He smelled of alcohol, admitted he was coming from a club, and had two different club armbands on his wrist. The officer who stopped him also found an open bottle of tequila, a bottle of vodka and marijuana in the car. It was also discovered he had a prior DUI.
