Umansky Law Firm Convinces State to Not File Battery Charge Against Client
A Umansky Law Firm client was charged with battery after allegedly punching someone. The alleged victim was left with bruised eyes and a swollen lip. Attorney Umansky was able to convince the prosecutor that it was self-defense and the state ultimately decided to not file the charge of battery against the client.
The client then hired the Umansky Law Firm to expunge the charge of battery against her. Attorney Umansky was able to convince the judge to expunge the client's battery charge, and the client is now able to lawfully deny being charged with battery subject to certain exceptions.
If you have been charged with a crime in the Orange County or Orlando, Florida area, or anywhere in the state of Florida, please contact the Umansky Law Firm for an initial and confidential case evaluation.
