Judge Grants another Petition to Expunge
The Umansky Law Firm represented a woman on green card status who was charged with petit theft. Attorney Umansky was able to get the client into a pretrial diversion program in Orlando and the charges were ultimately dropped by the state of Florida. Attorney Umansky then petitioned the judge to expunge the client's criminal record. The judge granted the motion and the client's record is now being expunged.
