Umansky Law Firm Victorious Again

Our lawyers were recently successful in defending a client accused of three counts of aggravated battery. A college student had been charged with running over three separate people with his car. After deposing the witnesses and exposing conflict in their stories, the government dropped all three charges. The client had been looking at up to 45 years in prison if found guilty. Instead, our own Zahra Umansky got the state to agree to a plea deal of one first degree misdemeanor charge of battery; the client only got probation.
