Umansky Lawyer Wins Another DUI Case!

The Umansky Law Firm attorney, Gary Schwartz, has won yet another DUI case by vigorously cross-examining the arresting officer and breathalyzer machine operator so well that the prosecutor in the case offered to reduce the DUI charge to reckless driving right after Schwartz's skillful questioning of the expert witnesses. Our client had blown a .178 (two times over the legal limit), and he was facing jail time because it was not his first DUI charge. We had made a request to the prosecutor before trial to reduce the charge but to no avail. Then, after Schwartz's brilliant questioning, they agreed in mid-trial!
