Client avoids five year suspension of his driver’s license
Recently, the Umansky Law Firm represented a young college student who was caught driving with a suspended license and had two previous convictions for the same offense. If he had pled guilty to the same offense, he would have lost his driver's license for five years. The Umansky team was able to convince the prosecutor to amend the case to a lessor offense of no valid license with a fine and court costs. The young man avoided probation, jail, and five-year loss of his license.
